Hardness Selection
The hardness of the LSR O-ring gasket should be selected based on your working pressure and installation space:
30–40 Shore A: Suitable for low-pressure sealing applications and applications requiring high compression elasticity, such as small precision electronic components and soft sealing interfaces.
45–60 Shore A: General purpose hardness for most static sealing applications, suitable for most industrial equipment, household appliances, and automotive components, balancing elasticity and compression resistance.
65–80 Shore A: Suitable for high-pressure sealing applications and scenarios requiring high deformation resistance, such as hydraulic equipment and large mechanical interfaces.
Size Specifications
We produce standard metric and inch LSR O-rings matching global standard sizes, as well as custom non-standard sizes per customer drawings. The standard cross-section diameter range we produce is 0.5mm to 20mm, and the inner diameter range is 1mm to 500mm.
