Our chew balls are manufactured via precision LSR injection molding, with the following process controls:

• Molding temperature: 160~180°C
• Curing time: 90~120 seconds (full cross-linking to eliminate residual monomers)
• Post-curing: 4 hours at 150°C to remove volatile organic compounds (VOCs)
• Squeaker core assembly: Food-grade polypropylene shell, fixed in the hollow center to prevent accidental displacement or swallowing

Hardness Selection

We offer three hardness grades to match different pet sizes and chewing habits:

• 45 Shore A: Soft elasticity, suitable for puppies under 12 months, small breeds (under 10kg, e.g., Chihuahua, Shih Tzu), and cats that prefer gentle chewing.
• 50 Shore A: Medium elasticity, suitable for small to medium breeds (10~25kg, e.g., Corgi, Border Terrier, Beagle) with moderate chewing intensity.
• 60 Shore A: Higher hardness, suitable for medium to large breeds (over 25kg, e.g., Labrador Retriever, German Shepherd, Golden Retriever) and aggressive chewers.

Size Specifications

We offer three standard diameter options to fit different pet jaw sizes:

• 6cm diameter: Suitable for small breeds and puppies, easy to carry and chew.
• 7.5cm diameter: The most universal size, suitable for medium breeds and most adult dogs.
• 9cm diameter: Suitable for large breeds over 30kg, prevents accidental swallowing and meets the chewing needs of large jaws.
